According to Liu Yanlong, secretary-general of China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, in 2017, the total supporting capacity of new energy vehicle power batteries exceeds 37 billion watt-hours, in terms of vehicle classification, passenger car matching is approximately 13.9 billion watt-hours, accounting for nearly 38%; passenger cars about 145 billion watt-hours, accounting for nearly 39%, special vehicles account for nearly 23%.
