experiment procedure:
1. Sampling: Sampling according to the provisions of this regulation T1101—2006.

3. Weigh the quality of the geotextile sample before the test to the nearest 0.01g.
4. Soil material: After the soil material is air-dried, it is sieved to remove particles with a particle size larger than 5 mm.
5, test water: test application of degassed water, water temperature should be 3 ° C - 4 ° C higher than room temperature.
6. Place the fabric sample and the screen together in the holding device and seal them.
7. Load the soil sample, the height of the soil sample is 100mm. For the loose soil sample, the air-dried soil can be poured into the permeameter to be leveled by a funnel; for dense soil samples, the required density should be layered and compacted. The inlet of the piezometer should be prevented from being blocked during the loading process.
8. Saturated soil samples. There is a drain pipe inlet water, so that the water flows slowly from the bottom of the sample, and the inlet head can be controlled to be less than 25mm, until the water level rises to a certain height on the top surface of the soil sample, the water can be injected from the inlet pipe, and the entire container is filled with water ( In order to accelerate the saturation of soil samples, vacuum pumping can be used.)
9. Adjust the water level: Make the hydraulic gradient i reach 1.0 and observe the water level change in the pressure measuring tube.
10. When all the pressure tube readings have stabilized, keep the upstream water inlet container at the normal water head, open the water outlet valve, and the water flow through the sample for seepage.
11. The water level and water seepage of the pressure measuring tube are measured once every hour, and the water seepage time and water temperature are recorded at the same time, and the continuous reading is 24 hours. If the reading is not safe and stable, the reading time can be appropriately delayed until it is stable.
12. After the test at i=1.0, adjust the hydraulic gradient i. The test was carried out for i=2.5, i=4.0, and i=10.0, respectively. When each level of i is increased, the pressure tube reading should be stable and the flow should be more than 1.5h under this gradient. When i reaches 10.0 and the pressure tube reading is stable, repeat steps 10-11.
13. At the end of the test, take out the geotextile sample, gently clear the surface floating soil, and then weigh the total mass of the geotextile and its internal soil after drying, to the nearest 0.01g.
