[Application] Temperature control circuit
Available in a dual-row 8-pin PDIP package. The working voltage is 4.5V~18V; the working current is 200~600μA; the working temperature is -40°C～85°C; the output current is 1mA; the output level is ≥0.8V; the output level is ≤0.35V; the typical control accuracy is ±1 ° C; hysteresis temperature is 2 ° C. This circuit can be set to control the temperature at a single point. Only one external resistor is used to set the control temperature, and there are OUT and the opposite OUT (reverse) outputs.
