At present, crystalline silicon substrate LEDs are roughly classified into blue vertical LEDs and ultraviolet vertical LED series.

Blu-ray vertical LEDs are aimed at emerging high-margin markets such as automotive lighting and mobile phone flash. These areas require high-power vertical LEDs, which is the core advantage of Jingneng Optoelectronics. Among them, in terms of automotive lighting, Crystal Energy's efforts from the second half of 2015 to the current shipment of car headlights and strip lights have enabled Crystal to stand on the heels of the car headlight market. In terms of UV LEDs, it is understood that crystal energy has been laid out very early. As early as 2015, 380-410nm high-efficiency UVALED products were introduced, mainly for industrial curing. Industrial curing generally requires high-power LEDs, which is in line with the technical advantages of Crystal Energy. Liang Fubo said: "Since the first half of this year, the UV market is in a rising state. As one of the key development directions of Jingneng Optoelectronics, it will continue to expand into the market of sterilization and disinfection. It is expected that the proportion of UV vertical chips will reach 30%. -50%."
