Natural surface illuminating light source appears "strong enemy": FED or resurrection in the field of lighting

A number of confrontation techniques have emerged for the patent of organic EL, "Natural Surface Illumination Source". One of them is a cold cathode field electron emission type (FE) light-emitting device "FPL: flat panel lighting" using single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT).

The device was jointly developed by Tongji University, Graduate School of Environmental Science, Tohoku University. In the development, FED (field emission display) technology, which was mainly developed for display applications, was applied to the field of lighting.

The FED technique emits electrons from a cathode to a fluorescent material in a vacuum to illuminate it, which follows the principles of kinescope technology (Fig. 1). In the early 2000s, research on the development of thin displays using FED technology was very active.

The New Energy Industry Technology Development Organization (NEDO) has also promoted the development of FEDs using CNTs as cathodes. However, due to the short life and high cost of the CNT cathode, it has not been put into practical use.

If a  lock motor  is used outside the prescribed temperature range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.Depending on the temperature conditions ,it may be possible to deal with them by changing the grease of the motor's parts.Please feel free to consult with us about this.


Storage temperature range:

Fingerprint Lock Motor should be stored ta a temperature of -15~65℃.

In case of storage outside this range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.


Service life:
