It is reported that according to the Reuters, headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, company Luminus Devices today announced that it has unveiled its third proprietary spectroscopy PerfectWhite â„¢, the technology is almost completely reproduce the halogen lamp (3000K) visual characteristics. Halogen lamps are considered by many to be the gold standard for lamp quality in artificial lamps.
The company claims that its PerfectWhite spectroscopy technology not only reproduces the output power of halogen lamps, but also further improvements. According to Luminus, the new technology fills the blue-green lighting gap, and PerfectWhite's color point is slightly lower than the black body curve. Therefore, PerfectWhite does not have the usual green/yellow shades of halogen lamps and does not contain UV radiation.
Tom Jory, vice president of lighting at Luminus, said: "The spectral characteristics of halogen lamps make them attractive, especially in hotel and museum lighting applications. Unlike other full-spectrum LEDs that emit harmful near-ultraviolet radiation, PerfectWhite fills in traditional LED technology. The presence of a blue-green blank provides the visual effect of a halogen lamp.†PerfectWhite spectroscopy technology enhances Luminus' unique LED spectral combination, including AccuWhiteTM and SensusTM spectroscopy, for virtually any COB LED product in the company.
The company's spectral AccuWhite maximizes CRI performance, guaranteeing a minimum CRI of 95 and a typical CRI of 98. It is worth noting that lighting designers and visual display managers are looking for the highest CRI and TM-30-15 ratings for indoor lighting applications. The AccuWhite LED has a Rf (fidelity) value of up to 95 and a Rg (gamut) value of up to 100 in the TM-30-15 standard, while achieving up to 125 lm/W at 85 °C.
On the other hand, SensusTM spectroscopy technology addresses the needs of retail stores to stimulate consumers' desire to purchase in a more white light environment, such as richer and more vibrant saturated colors such as blue and red. Sensus' 3000K and 3500K engineering spectra provide a color gamut area index (GAI BB15) of up to 120 and a chromaticity below the black body curve to perceive pure, bright white and deeper colors and increase contrast. Luminus claims that while other LEDs can also produce pure white illumination, Luminus' Sensus can achieve pure white illumination without sacrificing performance, achieving 148 lumens per watt (LPW) performance at temperatures up to 85 °C.

Welding cable is a type of electrical cable that is specifically designed for use in welding applications. It is made up of fine copper strands that are coated with a durable, heat-resistant insulation material. The insulation material is resistant to cuts, tears, abrasions, and other types of damage that can be caused by welding sparks and other hazards.
Welding cable is available in various sizes, ranging from 6 AWG to 4/0 AWG, and is typically sold in lengths of 25 feet or more. The cable is rated for high amperage and voltage, making it suitable for use in welding machines and other heavy-duty electrical equipment.
One of the key benefits of welding cable is its flexibility. The fine copper strands that make up the cable are highly flexible, which makes it easy to maneuver and position in tight spaces. This flexibility also helps to reduce the risk of fatigue and breakage, which can occur with less flexible cables.
Overall, welding cable is an essential component of any welding setup. It provides a reliable and durable electrical connection between the welding machine and the workpiece, helping to ensure safe and efficient welding operations.
