"LED cooling is a tricky problem"
According to Li Zili, the heat dissipation problem of LED modules is the most difficult. The emission of LED energy has no infrared radiation, so how to ensure the heat dissipation of the LED is a very difficult problem. Because the LED conducts heat substantially by wires, the heat dissipation problem is troublesome.
"If the heat does not go out, it will lead to thermal expansion and contraction." He pointed out that to improve heat dissipation, it is necessary to improve the performance of LED light sources, especially to improve the optical power of LED chips such as LEDs. The second is to improve the performance of the package. Packaging technology is very important, packaging materials, traditional resins, silica gel - to reduce excessive reflection. Second, it is to reduce the thickness of the packaging material. In addition, the conversion efficiency of the phosphor is also increased.
How to judge whether the LED light is qualified? Li Zili explained that the heat resistance is tested by the ball pressure test: the test temperature is ±5 ° C, but the minimum is 75 ° C, the indentation diameter should not exceed 2 mm. The fire protection is tested by the 650 ° C glow wire test: glow wire 650 ° C, glow wire Act on the sample for 30s.
When judging whether the LED lamp is resistant to corrosion, pay attention to the use of the aluminum alloy. Li Zili explained that if the life of a self-ballasted LED lamp is less than 25,000 hours, it is a substandard product and cannot be sold. However, it does not mean that each LED lamp is required to have such a long life, but the overall average requirement for the life of the same batch of LED lamps. If the specific one is lower than this value, the manufacturer needs to replace it free of charge.
"Not allowed to claim 100W, actually only 80W"
In terms of electrical performance, the power factor must meet the declared value. "For example, you claim that the power is 100W on the LED light package, but in fact, the power of this LED light is only 80W, which is not very kind."
Li Zili said that in terms of LED module power, when the LED module without integral control device works stably at rated voltage or rated current and rated frequency, the difference between the actual consumed power and the rated power is not more than 10%. When the self-ballasted LED module is stable under rated voltage and rated frequency, the difference between the actual power consumption and the rated power shall not exceed 15%.
"That is, if your LED lights are self-ballasted, then you claim that the actual power of 100W LED lights should be between 85W and 115W." Li Zili said, if your lamp's actual power is less than 85W or more than 115W, then your product is a substandard product.
