The EDS-728 Modular Ethernet Switch has 4 Gigabit ports and 24 Ethernet ports, allowing the system to be expanded with greater flexibility. In addition, EDS-728 has a variety of high-performance network management technologies, such as less than 20ms ring network self-healing time, support for RSTP / STP protocol, support for IEEE 802.1X and https / SSL network security protocols, etc., so that practical applications become more reliable.
In the coal mine of the Li Yazhuang mine, the power supply is not a commonly used voltage such as 220V or 110V, but 127V DC is used. Therefore, the ioLogik E2242 is used to collect the analog of the downhole power supply. The ioLogik E2242 is equipped with 4 AIs and 12 DIOs. In this case, four AIs are used to collect data on downhole voltages to ensure that the downhole power supply is normal. The ioLogik E2242 supports Click&GoTM, which immediately reports events through TCP, UDP, e-mail, and SNMP Trap, allowing workers to handle exceptions in a timely manner. Not only that, the active reporting function of the ioLogik E2242 replaces the previous polling architecture, which not only reduces the cost of using previous PLCs but also greatly reduces the network bandwidth share.
