The online monitoring system of vacuum circuit breaker is mainly divided into five parts: signal acquisition, signal conditioning, status analysis, data storage and human-machine interface.
After the monitoring system obtains the signal from the sensor, it is processed by the lower computer and transmitted to the upper computer through the serial communication bus 485, and the upper computer realizes data storage and display. The displacement sensor for obtaining mechanical characteristic parameters is directly installed on the main shaft of the circuit breaker, and the stroke displacement curve is obtained along with the rotation of the main shaft.
The hardware implementation circuit is mainly composed of the signal acquisition and data processing module Cologne mass flowmeter, autogenous power supply and external power supply control module, RS485 communication module, display module and so on.
The relevant sensors are used in the design to convert the mechanical characteristic parameters, voltage and current signals into level signals that can be processed by digital circuits and DSP, and then converted into 0 ~ 5V voltage signals through analog signal conditioning circuits (isolation, filtering, amplification, etc.). DSP, DSP's own A / D conversion unit converts analog signals into digital signals for DSP to perform logical operations and processing. Then, the processed data is transmitted to the host computer system with ARM as the core using the RS485 serial communication bus. The host computer realizes online monitoring of the circuit breaker and comprehensive diagnosis of the fault, and realizes the data storage and display of human-computer interaction.
DSP chip selects high-performance digital signal processor TMS320F2812 chip. Use ATglSAM9263 of Atmel Company. Use SCI serial communication, the communication format follows Modbus communication protocol.
