CT4003 seven-segment font decoder is mainly used to drive the common cathode digital LED digital tube, such as BS201, BS202, BS205, BS207 and other common cathode LED digital tube. CT4003 has a wide working voltage and can work in the range of 4~10V. The output drive current is large, can be >10MA, and the quiescent current is small.
