Universal Robotics promotes the automotive industry into the "Industry 5.0" era

The full range of collaborative robots will be on display at booth D06, E2 Hall, 2016 Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology and Equipment and Materials Exhibition

Shanghai, China, August xx, 2016 – Universal Robots, a global leader in human-computer collaboration robots, has set off a new era of “Industry 5.0” with “Human-Machine Collaboration Robots”. Especially in the automotive industry, in view of the development of the market and the highly individualized needs of customers, the search for a humanized side in the product will become a new development trend. Thanks to innovative technology and humanized concept, Uniro Robot has been introduced into the production line by many well-known automobile manufacturers and component suppliers.

U-Robots will present its full range of collaborative robots to the D06 booth at the 12th Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology and Equipment and Materials Exhibition (AMTS) E2, August 24-26, 2016. Feel the flexibility and intelligence of human-machine collaboration robots.

Although robots are good at mass-producing standard products in a standardized process, if you want to make each product a little different, you must guide the robot to find human elements in the production line. The arrogant robot is smart and lightweight, working side by side with workers, without the need to add safety fences, thus providing customers with more added value. In addition, the Uniro robot is simple and flexible to operate, and can be easily integrated into the entire assembly without too much adjustment to the existing assembly line, which is more conducive to improving the product's ability to respond quickly to market demands.

Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd. has used the UR10 robot on the engine assembly line, mainly for the tightening process of the engine oil pan screw. This is the first time that a Chinese-based automobile engine assembly line uses a cooperative robot. UR robots are lightweight, human-machine collaboration, no need for safety protection, space saving, etc. are the first choice for customers. No need to make major adjustments to existing assembly lines, UR robots are easily integrated into the entire assembly.

On the engine assembly line of Dongfeng Renault, the operator of the station first had to load the workpiece weighing about 10 Kg onto the cylinder, then put 10 screws into the bolt hole, and finally put 10 screws according to the process sequence. Tighten in sequence, and there are 2 screws that need to be re-screwed. Now the UR10 takes over the tightening of the process, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the station operator and effectively improves the work efficiency. After the tightening work is completed, the UR10 will automatically upload all the tightening data to the company's terminal system for storage, making the subsequent data query more convenient and quick.

Lear, the world's leading auto parts supplier, has also optimized the instant assembly of car seats by introducing the Uniro robot. On this line, the Universal Robot will perform approximately 8,500 seat screwing operations per day. The seat is equipped with a transponder for individual identification data. Once the seat reaches the underside of the robot, the transponder is read and the robot tightens several screws on either side of the seat. If the screw is missing from the seat, the robot will pick up the product and issue a warning message. Since each step is unfolded on the conveyor belt, the lightweight and flexible UR5 works side by side with the workers in a limited space, perfectly matching the customer's needs for small mobile robots. At the same time, digital monitoring prevents the problematic seat from continuing to flow on the conveyor. This not only improves production efficiency, but also further ensures product reliability. In addition, UR5's intuitive user interface, programming is simple, easy to set up, any worker can complete the operation by manual teaching.

Adam Sobieski, general manager of Uniro Robotics China, said: “In the field of human-machine collaboration, people and machines need to complement and promote each other. Workers can personalize their products by adding human elements. The domestic automotive industry has The addition of 'collaborative robots' will also enhance the competitiveness of its products in order to quickly respond to the market and seize market opportunities."

At present, the Danish robotics company has three collaborative robots - UR3, UR5 and UR10. Among them, the UR3 launched in 2015 is the most flexible and lightweight desktop robot on the market, and can work side by side with workers. It weighs only 11 kilograms, but the payload is as high as 3 kilograms, and all wrists can rotate 360 degrees. The UR5 weighs 18 kg and has a load of up to 5 kg and a working radius of 85 cm. The UR 10 can be loaded with 10 kg and has a working radius of 130 cm. All three robots are renowned for their ease of programming and collaboration and safety with people working side by side.

Zener Diodes

SMA means surface mount assembly. It is a new generation of electronic assembly technology, which compresses traditional electronic components into a device with a volume of only a few tenths.
Surface mounting is not a new concept, it is derived from earlier processes, such as flat mounting and mixed mounting.
For the assembly of electronic circuits, a point-to-point wiring method was initially adopted, and there was no substrate at all. The packaging of the first semiconductor device uses radial pins, which are inserted into the through holes of the monolithic circuit boards that have been used for the packaging of resistors and capacitors. Active components have been widely used in the past ten years.
