At present, denitrification projects that have been constructed or proposed are almost all based on the purchase of technology use rights in Europe, America and Japan. Some environmental protection companies have also acquired certain flue gas denitrification technologies through independent development or introduction of digestion and absorption. However, core technologies (especially catalysts) have not yet achieved localization, and introduced technologies have high technical fees and poor scalability. .

To this end, the Alliance has jointly undertaken the project of “Development and Demonstration of SCR DeNOx Catalyst for High-efficiency and Low-cost Coal-fired Power Plants” in the National 863 Program. The project consists of four sub-projects, which are aimed at importing and denitrifying raw materials for flue gas denitration catalysts of coal-fired power plants in China. With higher costs and other issues, the key raw material for denitrification catalysts, titanium-tungsten powder, was selected as the breakthrough point to develop localized, high-efficiency, low-cost honeycomb catalysts, and to develop denitrification catalysts and production technologies suitable for a wide temperature range, through comprehensive integration of technologies. , To demonstrate industrial application and engineering in large-scale power station boilers, and to realize the localization of the overall industrial chain of SCR denitrification catalysts.

At present, the project led by China Power Investment Yuanda Environmental Protection, Tsinghua University, Chongqing University, etc., “Preparation Technology of Catalyst Key Raw Materials and Research on Formulations Based on Raw Materials”, has completed research and development tasks, and developed a dedicated titanium tungsten with independent intellectual property rights. The powder preparation process has established an ultra-fine titanium tungsten powder production line with an annual output of over 1,000 tons, formed a domestic catalyst formula with independent intellectual property rights, freed itself from the dependence on foreign titanium-tungsten powder, and realized the localization of key raw materials for catalysts, saving The catalyst cost is about 30%.

According to the alliance, a breakthrough in national policies and the addition of core technologies has given rise to a large-scale launch of the SCR denitrification catalyst market. It is expected that the denitrification catalyst demand will reach 500,000 cubic meters in 2010-2020. The use of self-titanium-tungsten powder can save costs about 2.2 billion yuan; while the promotion of wide-temperature catalysts, compared to the existing medium-temperature commercial catalyst, the cost is reduced by about 20%, the reduction of nitrogen oxides is about 17 million tons, and the economic loss is reduced by 27 billion yuan. .

Liu Bingjiang talked about his views on how the “big cake” of flue gas denitrification came. He told everyone that denitrification is an important part of the "12th Five-Year Plan" energy-saving and environmental protection industry. "It must be stronger and bigger." By the end of this year, the domestic denitrification power plant has reached 200 million kilowatts, and denitrification of cement and glass furnace flue gas will reach 100 lines by the end of 3 lines; by the end of 2015, 700 million will be completed.
