Overview:
The basic principle of the inductive charger is to use the CL oscillation circuit to generate an alternating magnetic field, and place the mutual inductance coil in the alternating magnetic field, so that the corresponding AC voltage is induced at the coil 2 end, and then the circuit is sensed by rectification, filtering, voltage regulation, etc. The voltage is converted to a stable DC voltage for use as a charge or illumination.
The schematic is as follows:
First of all, to select a working frequency, due to the limitations of the device, I chose 25KHZ as the center frequency, the capacitance is 0.33UF/250V, and the CL oscillation formula can calculate that L is about 130UH. At the same time, a single chip (PIC12F509) is used to generate a 25KHZ pulse to drive the MOS transistor Q1, so that the entire circuit is in a stable oscillation state. The program code is also very simple.
