Suning Appliance Retail Stores Adopt LED to Replace Existing Lighting Equipment

On February 14, Suning Appliance agreed to euphemism Huaxun Energy Saving (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Electronics) and China Putian (third party) to replace the existing lighting equipment installed in Suning Appliance's retail outlets with LED lighting equipment. Provide energy-saving solutions for at least 1,000 such retail stores. ECCOM Energy Savings and China Putian will also install remote monitoring systems at these retail stores so that Suning Appliance can monitor the use of all green energy-saving LED lighting equipment installed at these retail stores.

Suning Appliance agrees to save most of the quarterly electricity charges equivalent to lighting equipment from ECS Energy Savings and China Putian on a quarterly basis starting from the date of installation of the lighting equipment and passing inspections for a period of 60 months. The average usage of each green energy-saving LED lighting device installed in each retail store will not be less than 19,162.5 hours in total, and the estimated amount will be approximately RMB 150 million.
