Seize the industry's first opportunity Smax 2014 launched a new LED series

Founded in 2009, Shenzhen Smect Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is a rising star in the LED industry. The company has more than 10,000 square meters of dust-free workshops. Based on the conventional PPA series products, the company started research and development in 2013 and is wholly-owned. The horizontal EMC bracket production line has a monthly production capacity of 200 KK/month. Products are widely used in LED fluorescent lamps, LED street lamps, LED indoor lighting, LED modules, LED decorative light strips and other industries. At the same time, the company can also provide relevant engineering and technical support to customers to help customers solve related technical problems.

LED has entered a critical period of reversal. Since January 1, the United States has begun to ban all incandescent lamps, and Canada has officially banned 75W and 100W incandescent lamps. Incandescent lamps of 60W and above in China will be banned in October. Along with the “banning movement” of major countries in the world, the LED light source replacement tide came into being.

In order to seize the opportunities in the industry, Smale has long been focusing on product technology innovation. In 2014, Smax has launched a new product based on EMC series, transparent ceramic-based COB series and 360° luminous filament series.

1.EMC series products - low cost, high reliability package solutions


Due to the poor high temperature resistance, poor reliability, and high heat dissipation requirements of the lamps, the packaging cost of the conventional PPA materials is high. The emergence of EMC materials will make the above problems well solved, with excellent high temperature resistance, yellowing resistance (Fig. 1), UV resistance (Fig. 2), and high operating efficiency (Fig. 3). Under the premise, the production cost can be effectively reduced, and the products can be widely used in backlights, lighting and other industries (Fig. 4). Currently, 3030, 3020, and 3014 models are available.

At present, the conventional ceramic substrate COB products on the market have defects of low light efficiency. Simaide has developed a high-efficiency, transparent-based ceramic substrate by cooperation with substrate manufacturers, and the product performance has been greatly improved, and the light efficiency has reached 130 lm/W. 360° illumination makes the product's high light efficiency and ceramic high thermal conductivity.

LED filament is also called LED lamp post. In the past, LED light source should reach a certain illuminance and illumination area. Optical devices such as lenses should be added to affect the lighting effect, which will reduce the energy saving effect of LED. The LED filament realizes 360° full angle. Luminous, large-angle illumination and no need to add a lens to achieve a three-dimensional light source, bringing unprecedented three-dimensional lighting experience. With the development of society and the advancement of technology, traditional incandescent lamps have fatal defects due to low light efficiency and high energy consumption. Will gradually withdraw from the lighting market. The integrated high-voltage drive maximizes the power factor of the power supply, simplifies the production process of the luminaire, and minimizes the cost of the luminaire.
