Optics Valley Microelectronics introduces LED core technology

Wuhan recently officially introduced the core production technology of Japanese LED chips, which has filled the gap in China.

Chinese and Japanese experts held a core technical seminar on LED chip production projects in Wuhan on June 3. Through argumentation, experts from both sides agreed that the Chinese government attaches special importance to and supports the research and development of core technologies for LED chips. If China successfully introduces this technology, it is of great significance and has broad market prospects.

Wuhan Optics Valley Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as Optics Valley Microelectronics) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Japan INTERTEC Co., Ltd. on the introduction of LED chip production core technology. The agreement is drafted to establish an LED chip production base in Wuhan, China. The total investment is expected to reach 1 billion yuan.
