1. The light pole is mainly divided into two categories: conical and polygonal pyramidal.
For a conical light pole, the roundness error of the section should not exceed 5 ‰.
For polygonal pyramidal light poles, the deviation between the opposite side and the diagonal spacing should be less than 1%.
The distortion of the single pole face of the lamp pole shall not exceed 7°.
2. The straightness error of the pole axis should not be greater than 2æ† of the length of the pole.
3. The design of the light pole should conform to the GBJ 17 steel structure design specification. When the material is made of carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel or stainless steel, the steel performance should conform to GB/T 699, GB/T 700, GB/T 1591, GB/ Provisions of T1220.
4. The maximum stress of the lamp post under the standard value of wind pressure should be less than the design value of material strength.
5. The welding quality of the pole should meet the requirements of GB/T 12469. There must be no cracks, slag inclusions, welds, burn throughs, craters and needle-like pores that affect the strength, and no defects such as wrinkles and interruptions. The welding quality of stainless steel clad steel plates shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 13148.
6. The forming of the pole should not be less than 8m. When splicing the pole, the bushing should be added to the pole at the joint. The length should not be less than 300mm, and the wall thickness should not be less than 80% of the wall thickness of the pole. Flange splicing poles shall comply with the relevant provisions of GBJ 135, and the allowable error of the rod length is ±1‰.
7. The plug-in type light pole should be inserted at a length greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the large end of the plug. After the pole is inserted, the mating clearance should not exceed 3mm. The length of the rod should meet the design requirements.
8. The test requirements for the weld of the lamp post shall comply with the assessment criteria in GB/T 3323 and GB/T 11345, and have a qualified report for the flaw detection test.
9. The lamp post (or opening) should be strengthened to ensure that its mechanical properties are not lower than those when the door is not opened.
