Hisense sponsors the 2018 FIFA World Cup to create a world-class brand

【Global Network Technology Report】 April 6, FIFA and Hisense Group announced in Beijing: Hisense became the official sponsor of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. This is the first Chinese consumer electronics brand sponsor in the World Cup in nearly 100 years.

The 2018 World Cup will be held in 11 cities in Russia from June 14th to July 15th next year. The world's 32 balls compete in 64 games for the "Hercules Cup".

Hisense's goal is to accelerate the impact of international brands, speed up the process of internationalization, increase global TV coverage, and obtain greater brand premiums. Prior to this, Hisense had maintained the number one TV position in the Chinese market and ranked among the top three globally for 13 consecutive years.

Hisense spent nearly 100 million U.S. dollars for this purpose, with the goal of doubling the visibility of global brands.
