However, until August 9, 2012, He Haichao and Liang Ruizhi announced their concerted actions and the holding of Furi Electronics.
According to the above facts, the China Securities Regulatory Commission said that He Haichao and Liang Ruizhi did not disclose the information on holding relevant securities in accordance with the regulations, and their actions violated the provisions of the Securities Law and constituted illegal acts. However, in view of the fact that the two natural persons violated the law slightly, did not cause harmful consequences to the trading order of the securities market, and has corrected the illegal acts, the CSRC decided to give He Haichao and Liang Ruizhi warnings.
