Project Name: Identity and authentication system based on face and fingerprint

Main content of the project: This project mainly compares the collected face and fingerprint information with the feature information of the feature database through a certain algorithm to complete the identity recognition and authentication of the object. The application areas of this project are mainly in the field of strict requirements for identity authentication such as access control, security, civil aviation, customs, and national defense. The innovation lies in the dual verification of face and fingerprint through optimization algorithm, and the realization of face by high-speed parallel feature of FPGA. The verification and fingerprint recognition are performed synchronously, and multiple modules such as communication control, image processing, JPEG decompression and VGA control are integrated in one FPGA chip to realize a complete on-chip programmable system (SOPC).
