When 360 users access Baidu’s knowledge, encyclopedias, libraries, and other services, they were forced to jump to Baidu’s homepage, causing users to directly access the search results, which seriously affected the user’s rights and interests. In order to give users a good user experience, 360 will be subject to a screen shot of a Baidu website blocked by technology as a way to enter and link Baidu search.

As we all know, 360 webpage snapshots provided to users are content sites such as encyclopedias, knowledge, and libraries. The information content is created and uploaded by users. Its copyright should belong to the majority of users, not Baidu or a company. Baidu just provided an online platform for users to create and upload information. Therefore, Baidu has no right to prevent Internet users from using and browsing these information contents. Netizens reading these contents through 360 should not be hindered either.

The National Copyright Administration pointed out that "For Baidu's copyrighted works, 360 must be crawled through a web page snapshot and must obtain authorization from Baidu." 360 provides users with a snapshot of Baidu's web pages. At present, Baidu does not provide any right certificate; If Baidu can provide corresponding proof, 360 will also give active support and cooperation.
