iPad out of stock improved iPhone 4 is also in sight

In Apple’s official US online store, the estimated delivery time for ordering the iPad has been reduced from the previous 7 to 10 business days to 3 to 5 business days. According to a report written by Susquehanna Financial, iPad demand continues to be strong, but production is growing faster than previously expected. The investment organization therefore raised the iPad’s manufacturing volume from 6 million units to 7 million units this quarter, while sales volume is expected to increase by 45% to 4.75 million units.

At the same time, another brokerage Rodman Renshaw’s report stated that the iPad and iPhone 4’s capacity growth are moving towards the balance of supply and demand, and the global iPhone shortage problem is expected to be resolved by the end of September. The report estimates that Apple iPhone 4 will sell 14 million units this quarter, and it will reach 15 million units in the next quarter. They believe that due to LG accelerated the 9.7-inch IPS LCD panel, iPad's production capacity is also expected to accelerate, this quarter sales of 500 to 600 million units.

At present, the estimated waiting time for the iPhone 4 to order in the U.S. official online store is still 3 weeks, indicating that the out-of-stock condition is still quite serious.
