1 Introduction

LED lighting lamps are still far from mainstream lighting products in the general lighting market. Compared with ordinary lighting technology, LED lighting technology is more environmentally friendly, because LED is made of non-toxic materials, unlike mercury containing mercury, it can be recycled and reused. It has no ultraviolet and infrared rays in its spectrum. There is no radiation, no glare, cold light source, safe touch, and it is a typical green lighting source.

At present, China's LED lighting industry has exposed problems such as lack of core technology, insufficient innovation capability, and disorderly market competition, and there is still a gap with the international first-class level. With the development of society, LED lighting products are changing with each passing day. The replacement of LED lighting products of various enterprises makes people feel the fierce competition and ups and downs. The beginning of the growth of LED lighting companies is based on the production of innovative LED lighting products, and the birth of innovative LED lighting products is inseparable from the creation of industrial design. Industrial design has been valued by more and more LED lighting companies in recent years. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the relationship between industrial design and LED lighting enterprise technology innovation, and through the analysis of several new products of Kaiyao Lighting, researches industrial design to help LED lighting enterprise technology innovation.

2 power factor

2.1 Assisting in the ability to implement innovation

Industrial design is positively related to the growth of LED lighting companies, which can help LED lighting companies to implement collaborative innovation in LED lighting technology. LED lighting enterprises must be based on independent innovation. Numerous practices have shown that industrial design is the main battlefield for independent innovation of LED lighting enterprises. It uses industrial design to carry out innovative design, and through the transformation and upgrading of LED lighting products, to find LED lighting technology and products that truly belong to their own enterprises. Figure 2 is a new product in the Kangzhiguang series designed by Ningbo Kaiyao Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. This product not only has a breakthrough in the intelligentization and comfort of the light source, but also has an innovative appearance. Especially in the color gives a different feeling.

3 way of assisting

3.1 Focus on market demand

In today's increasingly sensible consumption, lighting design is no longer just for vision, but also for tactile and even taste, hearing, etc., so lighting design should be transformed from LED lighting products to customer-centric, not only for LED lighting. Innovative breakthroughs in the appearance of the product, but also in the emotional value-added brains, starting from all aspects of LED lighting products, with competitive LED lighting products, you can compete with the competition for the market. In addition, through the process of industrial design re-engineering, we should always pay attention to the innovation trend of LED lighting technology, transform the latest technology into new production capacity, and promote the upgrading of LED lighting products.

3.2 Focus on resource integration and utilization

At present, the "homogeneous" trend of LED lighting products is becoming more and more obvious. Only by individualized design, LED lighting companies can make their LED lighting products stand out in the huge family camp. To increase the added value of LED lighting products, it is necessary to integrate various resources and give full play to the innovative characteristics of resources, such as based on geographical location and the industrial base of the enterprise itself, using industrial design and innovative enterprise technology to make the innovation of resources to the innovation of LED lighting product design. . Figure 3 shows an all-round LED lamp of the Kangzhiguang system designed by Kaiyao Lighting. China has a huge lighting market scale and a strong lighting industry foundation, which has created a huge market development prospect for the development of China's LED lighting industry. With the continuous maturity of LED lighting technology, the performance of LED lighting fixtures continues to increase, the cost continues to decrease, and the LED lighting products invented and created are endless, and the prospects of the LED lighting market are gradually emerging. How to stand out in the LED lighting product market? This requires LED lighting companies to update the variety of LED lighting products, optimize the structure, and this requires the support of industrial design.
